Over the weekend of the 20th-21st of October FESTA (Festival of Transitional Architecture) took place in Christchurch, New Zealand. As a part of the Massey CHOH Lab group of students, we worked collaboratively with Christchurch-based ‘Punky Brewster Fillery’ to design a ‘Bar of the Future’.

 

This immersive installation allowed the public to experience what it felt to ‘take the drink out of the glass’. This collective project was made up of projections, bar leaners, lighting, soundscape, banner sheets, pavilion structure and Punky Brewster’s take of the beer of the future.
